This Week's Box

All good things this week, including two cute eggplants. I'm concerned I'm falling into a rut, cooking-wise, but there's something so easy about quickly cooking an ear of corn to go with just about anything. Plus, my motivation to turn on the oven or spend time in front of a hot stove goes down as the temperature goes up, which doesn't bode well for the rest of August. Trying to get inspired.
