I'm Back! With Pie.

Well. It's been a while. I'm not sure how to explain the lapse in posts, except for a summer vacation, being busy at work and then inertia (or lack thereof). Sky and I went to a wedding this weekend, which was wonderful, and the couple asked friends to make desserts if they wanted. I made chocolate mousse pies (using this recipe) and I was reminded of why I started doing this blog, which was to catalogue dishes I liked and would want to remember for the future. I'm recommitting and optimistic I'll stick with it now that it's getting colder and we (hopefully) break out the crock pot soon.
